Key technical parameters: (individual packing)
Water tank kit: Buffering fluctuations in water flow and stabilizing the water supply for the equipment.
Pump water supply kit: The customer's water is tap water with pressure, and this can be cancelled if desired.
Quartz sand filter kit:Functions: Remove fine particles of dust, humus and inorganic colloids in the water, and reduce the turbidity of the raw water, etc.
Activated carbon filter kit:Functions: Adsorbs some organic substances in water, adsorbs residual chlorine in water, removes odors, color, and residual turbidity in water, etc.
Precision filters and accessories: Also known as security filters, they remove fine impurities larger than 5μm in water, protecting the safety of pumps and reverse osmosis membranes, etc.
Vertical high-pressure pump kit: The pre-treated water is pressurized and transported by the high-pressure pump to the reverse osmosis membrane system.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) main system (Main Components): Reverse osmosis membrane separation, removing most of the organic and inorganic contaminants in water. The water passing through the RO membrane enters the pure water tank, while the concentrated water from the RO membrane is either discharged or used as reclaimed water for other purposes.
Pure water tank kit: The equipment discharges water to the pure water storage tank, which is used for water supply in the downstream production process.
Electrical control system:Overload protection, water shortage protection, manual one-button operation, manual switching of valves for water production and CIP mode.
